An evening spent finishing the final patches we need before we can fit the sill. I'd cut quite a bit of the floor out with the sill, mainly where it had rusted around an exhaust mount. Here's the hole...



The patch we're making is in two parts which we'll welt together then fit in.

We also did some work with the grinder on the bottom of the front and middle pillars so that the sill fits snugly at the bottom. Here's the area where the front of the sill is to fit in.
